The Mission Statement of the Town Plan Steering Group was:-
"To identify and record the aspirations and concerns of local residents both now and in the future. To seek from residents recommendations for appropriate actions or solutions to remedy their concerns and acheive their aspirations. To incorporate aspirations, concerns and actions into a Town Plan for use/implementation by the Town, District and County Councils".
We sincerely hope and trust that the relevant Councils will do all in their power to fulfil the wishes and aspirations of the local residents when they make any decisions relating to Horncastle.
Copies of the Short Version, Long Version and Appendices can be dowloaded (see box right), which are only suitable for those with broadband.
The Long Version is probably more suited to academics, professional bodies or communities that wish to produce their own Town Plan.
